Community Loss and Grief Support Group

There is no easy way around the pain of losing a loved one. Grief has no rules and no timetables. Getting back into life is not about forgetting, but rather finding a way to go on without your loved one. The purpose of this group is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly share your experience with grief, ask questions, and listen to others with similar thoughts and feelings. The group is open to any anyone who has experienced any kind of loss due to death. There are no fees or obligations associated with the group. Confidentiality is asked of all participants.

  • WHEN: Meetings are held on 1st & 3rd Monday evenings, from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • WHERE: Heimach Senior Activity Center
  • ADDRESS: 1800 E. 7th St., Auburn  

Group Facilitator is Craig Bard.
